It's a 2,000-year-old trade, making traditional wooden barrels from the ground up.

And Pete Bradford from Prince Edward County, Ontario, is one of the last people in Canada doing just that.

This is all sense.

It's all smell.

It's all look.

It's all listening.

My job's an odd job because I am doing something that I don't believe anybody else in Canada is doing when it comes to maybe not aging vinegars in barrels, but aging it as long as I do, which is like insane.

Yeah, I always thought barrels were just plain old sexy.
