I'm always asked "can these plants really kill you?" And my answer is "of course yes." I'm Dean. I'm one of the poison garden guys here at Alnwick poison garden.
We feature over 100 plants.
Many of them can give you skin irritation, stomach upset, and some of them can actually kill you.
So not all of the plants need to be ingested or touched to be poison.
Some of them you only need to smell them.
This one is commonly known as sneezewort.
First of all, you'll notice an irritation where you start to sneeze.
Then the blood vessels in your nose start to swell.
And they start to bleed.
It will continue to bleed until you go to A& E and have your nose cauterized.
