The 2026 FIFA World Cup is finally here, and it's massive.
A record 48 nations will compete in the newly expanded tournament, up from 32 teams last time around.
That means a lot more games, a total of 104 matches played to be exact.
And for the first time, the cup will be held across three host nations, the USA, Canada and Mexico.
11 of the 16 host stadiums are in the States, 2 in Canada and 3 in Mexico.
This is a massive spread compared to the fairly compact 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
All the action kicks off on the 11th of June with Mexico taking on South Africa at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, an iconic stadium that has hosted two World Cup finals.
The tournament then runs through a group stage, the 1st and 2nd place of each group, as well as the next 8 best 3rd place finishers advance to a new round of 32 knockout, then a round of 16, quarter and semi-finals.
With the final to be played on the 19th of July at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
So, who's tipped to lift the World Cup in 2026?
