Our chef friend, Kush, is a man that's hard to please, which is why I am fascinated 'cause today he's chosen to take me to one of his favorite restaurants, and he thinks it's perfection.

So the thing with Kush is he has traveled the world, he's worked with top Michelin star chefs.
And because what we do at Sorted, he cooks just about every cuisine, and to really high standards.

The Ninth restaurant is in Charlotte Street, in the heart of London, a relaxed but refined neighborhood restaurant known for its modern Mediterranean cooking.
And behind the stove is Chef Jun Tanaka, whose years in some of the best kitchens shape the philosophy here, which is seasonal ingredients, simple ideas, and clever combinations, all designed for sharing.
