Hi, I'm David Beckham and I'm here to talk about my approach to my training and nutrition.

Let's go.

We all want to feel healthy, we all want to look healthy, especially these days because we talk about health so much more than we did 10, 20 years ago.

It's everything.

I've always loved to train.

Obviously for 22 years, I intensely worked out every single day.

It was my job.

Now it's more conditioning and strength work, which I also love because I used to get a lot of cardio with the football, and now the cardio comes through the strengthening and conditioning.

But most importantly, I'm very organised.

I wake my daughter up, I take her to school, I come back, I work out and then I'm in the office.
