一文搞清with复合结构，助力构建高分写作

with结构是许多英语复合结构中最常用的一种。学好它对学好复合宾语结构、不定式复合结构、动名词复合结构和独立主格结构均能起很重要的作用。

它是由介词with（或without）+复合结构构成，复合结构作介词with（或without）的复合宾语，复合宾语中第一部分宾语由名词或代词充当，第二部分补足语由形容词、副词、介词短语或非谓语动词充当。

一、基本用法

① with + 宾语 + 现在分词 （表主动进行的动作）

例句：He stood there with his eyes staring at the ground.

他站在那里，两眼盯着地面。

② with + 宾语 + 过去分词 （表示完成/被完成的动作）

例句：The kids went out to play with their homework finished.

孩子们做完作业就出去玩了。

③ with + 宾语 + 不定式（表示将来的动作）

例句：With a lot of research to do, I won’t go shopping with her.

我还有很多研究要做，就不和她去购物了。

④ with + 宾语+ 介词短语（表示某种状态）

例句：The teacher came in, with books in her hand.

老师进来了，手里拿着书。

⑤ with + 宾语 + 形容词（表示某种状态或特征）
例句：They went out with the door open.
他们没关门就出去了。

⑥ with + 宾语 + 副词（表示宾语所处的状态）
例句：Her mother sat on the chair with her head down.

⑦ with + 宾语 + 名词 （表示宾语是什么）

例句：Lu Xun fought against the enemy with a pen his only weapon.

鲁迅用一支笔作为武器和敌人对抗。

二、句法功能

① with复合结构，在句中表状态或说明背景情况。该结构常做伴随、方式、原因、条件等状语。

例1：With the team members working diligently, they achieved great success.由于团队成员勤奋工作，他们取得了巨大的成功。（原因状语）

例2：He entered the building with his hands in his pockets.

他双手插兜走进大楼里。（伴随状语）

例3：She solved the puzzle with great skill and concentration.

她运用高超的技巧和专注解决了这个难题。（方式状语）

例4：He finished the report with just seconds to spare before the deadline.

他在截止日期前仅剩几秒钟前完成了报告。（时间状语）

② with复合结构可以作定语

例句：We visited a restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and excellent food.
